The National Toothpick Holder Collectors Society is open to anyone interested in the collection, research and preservation of toothpick holders. The Society was started in 1976 and presently has 700 members.

NTHCS issues `The Toothpick Bulletin' 10 times per year as their official publication. The bulletin features a variety of informative articles related to toothpick holder collecting--identification of patterns, comparing old with new, reproductions, questions and answers, ads for buying, selling or trading, news from members, new discoveries, and anything else toothpick holder-related. The Society also holds an annual convention and has a website at http://www.collectoronline.com/club-NTHCS.html
