Rigby Oosterhout Dutch Village Tulip Festival & Flea Market. 119 N 4400 E in Rigby. Coming from Idaho Falls out north Yellowstone towards Swan Valley and Ririe, travel 12 miles, turn on 105th, go 1 mi to stop sign. Cross county line road (Blosch Gravel sign on side), continue N 1-1/2 mi. Market on left side of road. Usually a Friday & Saturday in early May (May 7-8, 2004). 9am-8pm. 50-100 vendors with antiques & collectibles, crafts, new & used merchandise, books, jewelry, toys, flowers, rocks & gems, trading post, garden seeds & Dutch products.
