Introduction
This program area addresses club advertising from two different sides - clubs accepting advertising; and, advertising your club.
If your club accepts advertising as one source of potential income, it must be a serious, well-orchestrated advertising program, preferably headed up by an advertising manager or director.
On the flip side, if your club has made the decision that one of the best ways to promote the club and expand membership is to advertise the club, this, too, should be well planned out and the responsibility of a key person in the club.
A Program Advisory Group is developing this program area and will continue to monitor, add to, and refine the information on an ongoing basis. Discussion Forums are available for collectors to gain more specific information from a variety of forum participants. A listing of Resources for this Program Area is provided, as well as a Reference Archive.
The primary purpose of the Association of Collecting Clubs (ACC) is to build coalitions between clubs, networking to share information for strengthening member clubs and better serving their memberships.
